cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalized buckles. We are happy to exchange straps sizes/colors.
Personalization Policy:
If you wish to leave your photo in its original style (meaning you don't want us to do any design alterations), the display area of your buckle is approximately 3 3/4 by 2 1/4 inches so we will need to crop and adjust size accordingly. We will email you a proof of the buckle for your approval.
We cannot accept any images that are copyright protected or taken by a professional
photographer without the appropriate permission.
If you would like your photo enhanced, please be advised that there is no way to predict how a particular image will react to the various design techniques that we use. So that you get the best results from the images you provide we reserve the right to maintain creative license over the design of your buckle. You will be given several design options below, which will contribute to the key elements of the buckle style but leave the details up to us! Once we finish the design work, we will email you a proof of the design for your approval and rest assured, we won't be happy until you're happy!
